Money Money Money

28 November 2006

Yesterday I said I "Gots me a job," and today I really do have a job! I went into Arby's today to turn in my application and the manager decided to interview me on the spot. It was a very easy interview, only a few questions were asked, none of them hard. I knew I had the job the second I turned in my application, it wasn't a tough job to get. I will be working full-time once I have been trained, day shift. I start $7.00/hr, training starts tomorrow. =) I was a little dissapointed--not at all surprised, though--that their dress code incluced "no facial pierings" and "no earings on boys whatsoever." I was planning on getting my ears guaged to 12mm and two tongue piercings. I might be able to get away with stretching my lobes, but I'm not sure about the tongue, since it might imped my speach for the first few days (or even a week). They seem flexible and nice. As long as I'm a good worker I will increase my chances of getting the tongue piercings. *shrug*

well, i'm glad you have gotten a job. now you can start making some money. money is the greatest thing ever. don't listen to those pussy ass christians, they don't know what they're talking about. money money money. That's all cool and stuff, but there is something bothering me. why in the hell do you want your tongue pierced? Or your ears gauged? I see you as a very attractive young man the way you are, and don't think facial piercings of any sort look good at all. I totally understand it is your body and your decision, but i thought i would share my opinion. I think that is not a good idea. i, myself, might be able to live with your tongue pierced but never with giant ugly holes in your precious ears. anyways, do what you will. see ya soon!
